I love photographing waterfalls. In addition to using an automatic shutter release and a tripod, I also use a density filter. The density filter essentially puts sunglasses on my lens. Because it makes my scene darker, I can use longer shutter speeds (up to 10 seconds).

I have never thought about changing the iso. Thanks for the tip!
